If anything, it feels more difficult to understand.Signals are buried beneath noise. Attention is fragmented. Every day, millions of people contribute to a machine that nobody fully sees or understands.I've spent the past decade designing products, systems, and communities. Somewhere along the way, I became less interested in the products themselves and more interested in the forces shaping them.
