Built with Aveiro
Hi {{first_name|there}}, Last week, I shared that Once UI reached 100,000 npm downloads, introduced our new funding model, and opened the first private beta of Aveiro. Thank you for all the replies and encouragement—it genuinely means a lot.

One thing I've realised over the past few weeks is that what you see publicly is only a tiny fraction of what we're building. Since opening the private beta, we've released new templates, expanded AI capabilities, improved our layout management system, and laid the groundwork for several larger features that aren't ready to show just yet. Most of the work happens beneath the surface. At the same time, I've been thinking a lot about where the web is heading. Beautiful websites are becoming easier to build every day. AI can generate layouts, write copy, and produce illustrations in minutes. Soon, most products will look good enough. That means the real differentiator is shifting. It's no longer just how your website looks. It's what you own:
Ideas, content, audience, community, products.
That's ultimately what we're building Aveiro for. The goal isn't simply to generate websites with AI. It's to make ownership dramatically easier. Imagine launching a fast, responsive, SEO-friendly website in five minutes. Publishing content consistently with AI. Building ten niche websites instead of spending months polishing one. Soon, connecting merch stores, selling digital resources, sending newsletters, and creating subscriber-only experiences—all from the same place. We're not trying to replace creators. We're trying to remove the friction between an idea and owning a place for it on the web. There's still a long road ahead, but every week brings us a little closer. Thanks for following the journey. See you next week,

P.S. One small example of this vision in action: I recently redesigned our merch store and added a new collection. The store template is now available to all Once UI Pro members. My hope is that more creators will use it not just to sell products, but to build something they truly own. And if you'd like to support our work along the way, I'd be grateful if you checked out the new collection.
